Why pay more for a hanger?
Because a coat spends more time on its hanger than on you. LAPEL is sold by shoulder width, so you can match the hanger to the coat.
How do I choose a hanger width?
Lay the jacket flat, measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other, and choose the width closest to that measurement. Each width is listed on the product.
What size shoe trees do I need?
Choose the size you wear. The size chart is on the product.
Will the covers or the shoe trees keep moths away?
No. Our products aren't sold as moth or pest protection. If you have moths, a pest professional can help.
Can I use the sweater comb on any knit?
Use light strokes on a flat surface, and try a small, hidden area first.
Do you make fitness gear?
No. Most Fit makes wardrobe goods: hangers, a brush, a comb, shoe trees and covers. The fit we mean is how clothes hang.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.95. The $75 is counted after any discount code.
How long does delivery take?
Every order goes by Economy shipping, which usually takes 5 to 8 business days. We ship with USPS, or with UPS when it's the better option for your order, and we email a tracking number when your order ships.
Where do you ship?
To addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including PO boxes. We don't ship outside the United States.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused products can come back within 30 days of delivery, including a hanger set you've opened to check the width, and unused items from any set or bundle. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label, and we refund your original payment method once the item arrives. Used brushes, combs and shoe trees and washed covers are refunded or replaced only if they're faulty.
